- Publish content to your site using an easy-to-use online content editor. Simply enter the content into an online form and it will immediately post to your site. Type your text and format it by choosing the desired effect, such as B for Bold or i for Italics. You can also easily insert links to other sites or pages within your website, insert pictures and much more through this system.
- Upload photos, images, and documents (such as PDF files, Word documents, etc.) to multiple sections of your web site.
- Manage navigation menus. Add both main menu items as well as sub-menu items.
If you have multiple venues, having the capability to manage productions at each venue is essential. Productions may be categorized by Stage and Category.

This online tool allows you to maintain your Staff and Board directory, allowing site visitors to view profiles and photos. Staff members are contacted directly through an online form.

Post class offerings and internship opportunities provided by your organization. List a class description, instructor bio, location, fees and registration information.
Photo Galleries
Display photos from your performances, classes, events, and other pages directly on your web site. This feature allows you to upload photos and include a name for each photo along with a description. The system automatically resizes uploaded photos for best display in the online photo gallery.
Documents and Publications Posting
Post documents to multiple areas on the web site. Manage press releases, study guides, audition sides and other documents for download by your site visitors.
On-Site Blogging
Manage blogs for each performance. Blogs may be posted by your performance director, cast, crew or any other member of your staff for each performance. This is a great way to let your audience get a daily view of what is involved in mounting a production and gives them the opportunity to post comments.
Video and Audio Link Management
Post video or audio links to interviews, rehearsals or clips from your performances.
Up to 20 Additional Pages of Content
Add up to 20 additional pages of content for additional sections that are not covered by the above features. You control the name of the page, where the page is posted in your site navigation, and all content. You can also add photo galleries and documents associated with these additional pages.
