Over the course of your project, Cool Dog Interactive establishes a close working relationship marked by open communication. E-mail us, drop by, review your live project on our extranet website with 24/7 access to the latest project documents and status, or give us a call. Rest assured that a real human will answer and, if your project manager is out of the office, anyone else on our staff will be happy to help. Your time is precious and we will work around your schedule.
We understand that a website is never truly "finished." Like a store, a gallery, a garden, or any physical public space, your website needs to be kept neat, tidy and up-to-date. We can help with ongoing support and maintenance of your website. In fact, after your website is live, we provide you with three additional months of free support. It's our way of recognizing the "work in progress" reality of the web, and helping you transition into the day-to-day operation of your Internet presence. After the first three months, you have the option of selecting an ongoing maintenance contract.
