Content Management Features
These Content Management Features are included with each of our plans.
  • Publish content to your site using a very simple online content editor. Just enter the content into the online form and it will immediately post to your site. Type in your text and format it by choosing the desired effect, such as B for Bold or i for Italics. It's also easy to insert links to other sites or pages within your website, insert pictures and much more through this system.
  • You can upload your photos, images and documents (such as PDF files, Word documents, etc.) so they will be available to insert into multiple sections of your web site.
  • Manage your navigation menus. Add both main menu items as well as sub-menu items.
News Module with Photos
This tool allows you to post news items to your website. You can set dates for when the messages start and stop running. If the message is too long for the space, the system will automatically create a "Read More" link. This is a great tool for informing your site visitors of new highlights, emergency announcements such as cancellation of services due to bad weather, or even displaying Bible verses that you have selected.

Calendar of Events
Provide a calendar for your site visitors and members to view upcoming events. Your site visitors can view the events by day or by event category. You can also have your next set of upcoming events automatically show up on your home page or other specific pages of your site.

Frequently Asked Questions
Maintain a list of Frequently Asked Questions that your site visitors can refer to at any time. Site visitors will also have the ability to ask questions and you decide whether to add their inquiries to your list of FAQs and share with others.

Contact Us, Prayer Request and Request a Visit Forms
An online form allows site visitors to contact you, submit prayers requests, or request a visit from a member of you staff.

Pastor and Staff Directory
This online tool allows you to maintain your pastor and staff directory. Visitors can view staff profiles and photos, read their bios and even contact them directly.

Member Directory
This is a password protected area for your members only. Each member or member group will have individual passwords to edit or update their member profile, add a member photo and search other members. Members choose the information they want other members to see. The member directory is a great way to foster a sense of community within the organization.

Photo Galleries
Display photos from your events directly on your web site. This feature allows you to create categories for different events and then upload photos to each. You can include a name for each photo along with a description and keywords. This system automatically resizes uploaded photos for best display in the online slideshow.

Documents and Publications Posting
Post Documents and Publication to multiple areas of the web site. Make next Sunday's bulletin, sermons, your newsletter, forms, or brochures available for download by your members and site visitors.

Up to 60 Additional Pages of Content
Add up to 60 additional pages of content to fully customize your site. You control the name of the page, where the page is posted in your site navigation and all content that will display. You can also relate events, photo galleries, news and documents with these additional pages.
