Broadcast to selected team members
To send an email broadcast to the client and other project team members,
simply click to choose which recipients you would like to
receive the broadcast, type your message, and hit "Send". You can even
store a default message subject and text.
A copy is sent to the project manager, and is
also archived as part of the project. Allow users to review archives,
or restrict the archives for your own use.
You can also allow team members to send email broadcasts to the
rest of the project team.
