Over the course of your project, Cool Dog Interactive establishes a close working relationship marked by open communications with your team. Email us, drop by, review your live project extranet web site which gives you 24/7 access to the latest project documents and status, or give us a call. Rest assured that a real human will answer, and if your project manager is out of the office, any one else on our staff will be happy to help you, not just take a message.
We understand that a web site is never truly "finished". Like a store, a gallery, a garden, or any physical public space, your web site needs to be kept neat, tidy, and up-to-date. We can help with ongoing support and maintenance of your web site. In fact, after your web site is live, we provide you with three additional months of free support. It's our way of recognizing the "work in progress" reality of the Internet, and helping you transition into the day-to-day operation of your Internet presence. After the first three months, you have the option of approving an ongoing maintenance contract.
